Our Terms
Any damaged items we find in your bag will be returned un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding. This includes stains, marks, rips, and any other damage to any item we have not be informed of.
Our minimum order value is £10
It is kindly requested that underclothes are not included in your bag
Payment in full is required on drop off or collection by cash
Bags must be tied closed and hangers inside the bag if you wish us to use them. Our drop off points will not accept open bags or additional bags of hangers.
Ironing must be collected the next day. Items not collected the following day will be charged a storage fee of £1 per day.
Orders for collection must be placed by 5.30pm
Only bags provided by Crease Lightning are permited.
Crease Lightning reserves the right to refuse service without explaination.
In rare instantces it may not be possible to return your ironing within 24hrs. Crease Lighting shall not be responsible for any penatly or charge if ironing is returned late.
Every care is taken to ensure every item of your ironing is returned, however Crease Lightning shall take no responsibility for lost or missing items and shall not be liable for any penalty or deduction of payment.
Crease Lightning reserves the Right to change, add or remove terms and conditions at any point in accordance with UK law.
Use of our services implies acceptance and agreement to our terms.
